This was the party of the year in Letňany, and it had everything. The almost 2,000 guests who arrived at the presentation of the new IQOS ILUMA enjoyed a party they will never forget. The entire evening was full of colors, so of course we had to we had to prepare a brightly colored menu.

We once again had the opportunity to use the premises of the historic Žofín Palace to show off what we are up to at V Zátiší. Almost 400 guests loved what they ate and drank under the monumental chandeliers of the Žofín main ballroom, which had previously been the venue for dozens of important dinners and balls with guests from all over the world. Perfectly synchronized groups of waiters served the guests one course after another, pampering them with extraordinary dishes prepared by our master chefs.

Thirty successful years of PASSERINVEST were celebrated with a party for 800 guests near the company's headquarters in Prague's Brumlovka, which Passerinvest has just transformed from an inhospitable greenfield into a pulsating center of office life in Prague 4. We had the opportunity to put the guests in the mood for a summer vacation by taking them through the flavors of the world as part of our "around the world" concept. In addition to authentic cuisine from our Indian chefs, we gave the guests a taste of flatbreads from our pizza oven, American burgers and the beloved classic of Czech cuisine, Svíčková with Karlovy Vary dumplings.

We feel at home in the Martinický Palace. And why not? Its wonderful rooms full of Renaissance frescoes and its picturesque courtyard are ideal for holding summer events where guests can enjoy the balmy evenings. This time we had the honor to celebrate Savills' five years on the Czech market. And it was truly a celebration. Guests were thrilled by our Gin & Tonic station, where they could have this classic cocktail in many forms. The Poké Corner was also very popular. Thanks to its freshness, this Hawaiian delicacy is an ideal dish for the warm summer days that await us.

The beautiful premises of the Martinický Palace and the almost summer weather, this is what the Ernst & Young party looked like for 600 satisfied guests. We chose a varied menu with traditional Vietnamese PHO soup or flat breads served straight from the belt oven. The perfect recipe for cooling was our novelty - a popsicle bar with decoration and toppings to taste.

Meeting of Václav Havel Airport partners in a unique event space on the 4th floor of the MY department store, where they celebrated their 85th anniversary together. We were pleased to present all 350 guests our summer novelty ICE POP SPRITZ and station with Czech traditional "semolina porridge", which brought everyone back to their childhood.

In September, we had the honor of preparing a gala evening for 400 important partners of Kooperativa, which celebrated its 30th anniversary on the Czech market. The venue was the beautiful premises of the Míčovna, or Ball Room of the Prague Castle, and the adjacent gardens.

On the occasion of the annual AFI 2020 conference at the Czech National Bank associated with a gala evening and awards for significant investments in investment and long-term benefits to the Czech investment environment, we delighted 150 guests such as smoked pate, pea tikki, goat cheese lollipops with beet dust. As main dishes we also served grilled pike perch with dill mousse and mashed potatoes or duck confit with lemon-spicy sauce.

On the occasion of the world premiere of lauching the Škoda's first electric car - ENYAQ - we had the honor of preparing refreshments in the form of buffets for 400 guests at the O2 Universe. We entertained the participants with a cooking show - tartare mixed in front of the guests, preparation of bread with baked pulled beef, pasta fresca show or beef picanha with carbonara puree and other sweet and savory dishes from the menu.

Sensitively restored romantic chateau on the banks of the river Lužnice with a unique genius loci. In the castle garden we have prepared a 3-course wedding menu and an evening banquet. Guests enjoyed the feast until the early hours of the morning.

We have prepared daily refreshments in the form of buffet tables for 600 participants of the Philip Morris International ČR conference. The subsequent after party with the evening banquet was enriched by a taco bar, an edible park - skewers with edible sponge bread - black buns with shredded pork or favorite lollipops made of goat cheese in beet dust. Guests were also entertained by a tartare show or our chocoland.

We didn't want to miss the Lumberjack World Cup in the Industrial Palace. We took good care of our VIP guests, to whom we offered, for example, caprese or raclette shows, flatbreads baked on site, our irresistible Chocoland and much more on this true championship evening.

At the European Congress, of which we were partners, we prepared refreshments for 160 guests from all over Europe. The Art Deco Hall of the Empire Hall in the Slovansky House was illuminated by our table mapping projections and our catering innovations. In addition to the "spoon wall" tasting, the guests enjoyed a mozzarella show, a salami bar, an "eating park“ with shrimp skewers, Chocoland with a chocolate river and the Pavlova show on a backlit stage. They also had great fun at the self-service alchemist bar.

On the occasion of the awarding of prizes for BPS TOP Responsible Company 2018, we had the honor of presenting our sustainable concept in collaboration with the Business for Society company. Without plastics, producing minimal waste and maximum taste, we introduced ingredients from our local suppliers. The guests enjoyed a "vegetable garden", quail eggs, cabbage rolls, chestnut cream and other dishes. We have used aesthetically imperfect vegetables in our samosa pastry. We served tap water infused with fruits and herbs. Nothing was thrown away, and the guests could take away whatever had not been eaten. And it worked great!

As part of the Prague Signal Festival, we collaborated with QUIX on the NEON FOOD LOUNGE - a big neon party in the tent of the Žofín Garden restaurant. Under UV lights everything glowed, the guests as well as drinks and sweets. Our guests enjoyed Prosecco with UV passion fruit caviar, bubble tea with lychee or neon magnums, ice cream, waffles, panna cotta, donuts and much more. For the very hungry, our food truck offered hot meals, such as poutine, hotdogs and burgers.

The magical Prague Crossroads, four fashion designers, Mojitos served in cans, star-shaped blinis and special showcases for designer handbags - this was the 13th FASHION STARS NIGHT. For about 500 guests at this special event, we created such elegant canapés as seafood grissini with Parma ham, tapioca ceviche, veal tartare or sparkling drinks in eco-glasses and Veuve Cliquot champagne.

At the conference of the ICCA, we crossed the borders of convention catering. For four days, we ensured that none of the 1,100 participants ran out of energy. Our 120-person staff prepared balanced coffee breaks, buffet lunches and lounge niches. During the Charity Run, we refreshed the competitors with healthy dishes. The menu for the festive evening was served at the Žofín Palace, and the climax of the event was the closing gala at Výstaviště’s Industrial Palace.

To be able to entertain not only the bride and groom but also all the Russian/Jewish wedding guests according to their original traditions, we hired a special master chef from Russia. He prepared delicacies such as caviar, pelmeni or pierogi. The menu from our kitchen consisted of oysters, flap steak and salmon. Our guests were celebrating and having a really good time until early morning hours.

1,000 invited guests enjoyed the atmosphere of Pruhonicky Park as well as traditional Czech and Swedish cuisine. Guests were celebrating 20-year anniversary of Volvo Trucks until the early morning hours and were delighted to get refreshments any time they wished.

The garden celebration of the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce took place on the premises of the German Embassy in Prague. Under a blue sky, we served light summer meals, which guests chose according to their taste. Our programme was enriched by ‘live cooking’ and our ice-pan show’.

We hosted 140 guests in the Spanish Hall of the Prague Castle. The uniqueness and importance of the event was evident in every detail. In the evening, a special 5-course menu was served, including a special dessert that was spread out in front of the guests by pouring hot chocolate. The evening takes place every year in a different city and returned to Prague after ten years.

At the former 64 U Hradeb cinema, Skype employees enjoyed a wide range of dishes from all over the world. Guests could taste Asian street food, English fast food or delicacies from the traditional Czech Christmas markets.

When Nautica introduced its new collection at the Hauch Gallery, we sailed in with our playful ‘beach style’ catering. We set and prepared the wedding menu for the famous visagiste Kim Kardashian. Wedding bells were ringing at Ploskovice Chateau, where we served 80 guests. The joyous atmosphere was enhanced by field lettuce with dandelion leaves and Prague ham with potato salad, mushrooms and horseradish foam.
